Shipping policy

Our products are directly shipped to you from the manufacturing agent. At check out a shipping amount will be added to the purchase amount. Shipping information is directly emailed to you from the manufacturer and in some cases directly from Brigg Evans Design. The normal process time is usually 10 days. This is because each product is processed individually as orders are received. If you find a product is delivered to you with a damaged package and your product has been effected please email Brigg Evans Design Directly. (briggevansdesign@gmail.com). Please add your contact number so I can follow up and contact you. We will work with you and the manufacturer to create a positive outcome. My personal goal is that the product you receive matches what you visually have seen on my website and matches all description information. Thank you.
