I realize my business process of shipping with Print - On - Demand is unusual but it fits me and I will work with you to help make the experience easy.  

Print - On - Demand usually takes about 10 days for products to be delivered to your door.

Orders for Digital Directions or Coloring Pages are immediate.

Kit orders where there still is some preparations will be about a 5 day delivery.

Do you have Return Questions with Print on Demand Orders? I totally understand. Yes if you are not satisfied with the products created for you, please let me know within 10 days of receiving your order. You will contact me via email: briggevansdesign@gmail.com. Let me know your thoughts and I will be in contact with you. If it is decided the product should be returned, you will mail it directly to my at-home working office: 7336 210th Street West / Morristown, MN 55052. The cost of shipping the item/s back will be the responsibility of you the customer. I want you to love and enjoy my products so I will work with you to make things right. Suz
